D. Pharmacy : Course Duration: 2 Years, Intake: 60

Eligibility :

A pass in any of the following examinations :

  • 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology.

Duration of the Course :

The Duration of the course shall be for two academic years with each academic year spread over a period of not lass than one hundred and eighty working days.

  5. 5. Gap Certificate if necessary and 2 Zerox (English Format)
  6. 6. 08 Nos. Id size photos with name as per 10th Marks card printed on the photos with white background and letters should be black.
  7. 7. Migration Certificate for other state students.
  8. 8. Income & Caste Certificate / 10th Leaving Certificate 2 Zerox
  9. 9. Aadhar/Ration Card 2 Zerox.

Attendance and progress:

Medium of instruction and examination shall be in English. A candidate is required to put in at least 75% attendance in theory and practical subjects seperately. The candidate shall complete the prescribed course satisfactorily to become eligible for appearing the respective examination.

Practical Training:

After having appeared in Part-II examination for the Diploma in Pharmacy, conducted by board a candidate shall be eligible to undergo practical training of 500 hours spead over a period of not less than 3 months.
